Optimal Planning of Hybrid Electricity–Hydrogen Energy Storage System Considering Demand Response

In recent years, the stability of distribution network has declined due to large proportion uses distributed generation (DG) with continuous development renewable energy power technology. Meanwhile, traditional operation mode cannot keep balance source and load. The active (ADN) can effectively reduce decline in caused by high DG. Therefore, this work proposes a bi-layer model for planning electricity–hydrogen hybrid storage system (ESS) considering demand response (DR) ADN. upper layer takes minimum load fluctuation, maximum user purchase cost satisfaction, comfort as goals. Based on electricity price elasticity matrix model, optimal formulation strategy is obtained lower ESS planning. layer, scheme life cycle (LCC) ESS, voltage fluctuation ADN, objectives. Finally, MOPSO algorithm used test correctness proposed method verified extended IEEE-33 node system. simulation results show that reduced 62.13% 37.06%, respectively.
